Currently I am collaborating with Zoë Bicât and her project 'Interwoven' as part of her pilgrimage 'Walk for Earth' supporting the Stop Ecocide campaign.

I will be meeting with plants and trees of the land where I live to dye and weave a textile piece that is my woven love and gratitude for the earth. It will be sewn together and joined with other textile pieces made by other Spinners, Weavers, and Natural dyers along Zoe's pilgrimage route, creating a final piece that expresses gratitude and relationship with the land from Oxford to Loch Lomond.

 

The final textile piece will be given as a gift of recognition to Vanuatu in the South Pacific Ocean who in December 2021 took a lead by proposing serious consideration of Ecocide law at the International Criminal Court in the Hague.
